A small, fully featured helpdesk application for LANs.  Two components: 
 
Remote Client - which allows users to submit their own Trouble Tickets
using a simple forms-based interface.  FULL error checking and 
just-in-time help for remote users ensures relevant and complete 
information is 
submitted every time.  Also, the HelpDesk engine itself, which collates 
remotely submitted tickets, allows Net Admins to customise the system, 
search for tickets, add to job sheets.  Automated email followup to 
remote
clients.
