1.	Introduction.
Welcome to Mail Snoop Professional, an anti-spam/email notification utility for Pop3/SMTP email that works in the background monitoring your Internet mailboxes and protecting you from unwanted junk emails. Mail Snoop Professional advises if there is new mail, giving you the opportunity to review it before either downloading it or deleting. Mail Snoop Professional will also automatically filter the mail for you, removing unwanted items.

This program is Shareware; you can use it for 30 days free of charge to evaluate it. If at the end of that period you want to continue using it, then your copy must be registered. Your single-user registration will license you to use your copy of Mail Snoop Professional. It entitles you to receive bug fixes and minor revisions, and provide you with free technical support via email. To find out how to register, please see the 'How to Register' section in the Mail Snoop Professional help file or visit the registrations page on our web site at http://www.rainbow-innov.co.uk/portal/content/MSP_Reg.asp
2.	Hardware and Software Requirements.
Mail Snoop Professional runs under Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003 together with Internet Explorer V4.01 or later. Also required is 5mb disk space and an Internet connection via modem or LAN/Cable/ADSL/DSL or similar.

3.	Installing Mail Snoop Professional.
If you have downloaded Mail Snoop Professional, as a ZIP file then you must use a decompression utility such as WinZip or PkUnzip to unpack the ZIP file into a suitable directory (such as C:\Program Files\Rainbow Innovations\Mail Snoop Pro). If you already have a version of Mail Snoop Professional installed and wish to update it, then it is not necessary to remove the old version first and you can install over the old version. If Mail Snoop Professional is running, you will be prompted by the installer to shut it down before the update is completed.
Note for users of Mail Snoop: Mail Snoop Pro will run quite happily on a PC with Mail Snoop installed. However when installing Mail Snoop Pro please ensure you don't install to the same folder as Mail Snoop.

4.	Removing Mail Snoop Professional.
Shut down Mail Snoop Professional before uninstalling. Go to "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel and uninstall Mail Snoop Pro from there. Alternatively, go to Mail Snoop Pro in the Start Menu and select "Uninstall Mail Snoop Pro".
