- Added Email Folders. Folders are not 'sticky', meaning their contents
are always dictated by their interaction with filters. You cannot manually
move them yourself. Although you can create, rename and delete folders

- Override option to auto-download the message of the bodies, instead of
just the headers like in previous versions. Once the body of a message
is downloaded it is cached and never retrieved again.

- All Filters can be set to activate during a certain time interval (days only)

- All the filters how have an option to move matching messages to folders

- Spam Filters have been upgraded with more options to either auto-download
bodies or leave bodies behind. This is need in case you like to auto-download
bodies but not bodies of potential spam messages.

- Global Spam Filters only support 3 folders. "Inbox", "Sent" And "Trash". These folders
are default for all email accounts and cannot be renamed or deleted

- Added options to allow you to control the body of the message being
  forwarded (Mail Forward filters)

- Options to Always run in maintaince mode has been added. Auto-Maintainance will now only
remove messages that don't have bodies, so that all your saved/sent messages won't be deleted
  when you run maintaince

- You can now send a quick message by choosing the "Send Mail" button in the mail menu. Send Mail
shows a list of accounts that you can pick from.

- No more annoying resizing. The window can now remeber where it was last positioned.

- The NT "out of memory" bug has been fixed. I think it had something to do with those without
  a dialup entry.
