1.0 LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT --  READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you  and the author of the software product. The software product  includes any sample files, text files, the program and its documentation created by David Tucker. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions then do not install or use the software. If the software is already installed then you must remove it immediately.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS  LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1.1 GRANT OF LICENSE
The author hereby grants you a license to use the Software and Documentation subject to the following terms:

A) You may install and use only one copy of the software.
B) You may make one copy of the Software for back-up or archival purposes provided that the copy contains all of the original Software's  proprietary notices
C) You may not permit other individuals to use the Software unless they too agree to this license Agreement.
D) You may not translate, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law) the software.
E) You may not rent, lease, resell or transfer the rights to the Software and/or Documentation
F) You may not pass the software on to others unless it is the original archived file.
G) You can terminate this license agreement at any time by deleting and removing the software.

1.2 COPYRIGHT
The software is protected by copyright laws of Australia  and  international copyright treaties. Title, all rights including intellectual property right and ownership remain with the Author. You do not purchase any rights on the software except those set forth  in this license agreement.

1.3 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY 
The Software and accompanying Documentation are provided  AS IS without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Author further DISCLAIMS all warranties, any implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the integrity of the software the user assumes all risk and responsibility for its use. The author and his suppliers cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, damages to software and/or hardware, loss of  earnings, loss of profit, or any other damage or loss that may result directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the software. The author reserves the right to make changes to the software and/or documentation without notice.

1.4  LICENSE TERMINATION
This License Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described in this license.  Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation. You may also terminate the agreement by uninstalling and removing the software.

1.5 DISTRIBUTION
The software may be freely distributed provided that the following conditions are met:
A) No charge may be made for the software except for reasonable costs of copying, media and/or shipping charges. For BBS, The Internet and Magazine Cover CDs no charges except those normally charged for access to these mediums. 

B) The software must be distributed in the original archive.
