Windows 95/98
Microsoft Access Database Program.
Microsoft Power Point Program to view the slide show. (If you don't
have just download the viewer from www.microsoft.com.)
====================================================================
First!!
The password to the database is 123456.

====================================================================
Second!!
If you don't have the Power Point program you can install the Power
Point Viewer that you can download from www.microsoft.com. To start the slide
show just double-click on the ispdatabase.pps file. The slide
show will start up and will cover the whole screen. Don't become alarmed
at this because all that you have to do is sit back and press the enter
key to move through the slide show. When you press enter at the end of
the show it just closes itself up until you may need it again.
====================================================================
Third!!
The database is very simple to use and can be used in a company with
up to 75 people taking Technical Calls at one time. When an Internet
Tec takes a call all that he has to do is open his input form and enter
the caller's data in a new record. It is important to use the memo
field because this is what records your customers problems. When you
use one of the find buttons on any one of the forms and enter the customers
phone number you will bring up a screen with all of that customers phone
calls and listed problems. This keeps you from repeating procedures with
a customer. On the input forms the date and time are recorded from the
computer time and date function so the user can just tab over these areas.
At the end of a shift the employee can print out a detailed list of calls
that he/she took that day. The reports only print out calls taken that
day.
====================================================================
Make sure you view the Power Point slide show that is included it the
zipped file. It will give you all the do's and don'ts of using the
data base.
