A utility, this rrggbb color decoder is 
particularly useful in coding HTML
(for enhancing or coloring web/internet pages)
but may be useful for 
other programming purposes and
artistic purposes.

To find a rrggbb # corresponding to a desired color, 
1) adjust/slide the color component bars to determine 
the degree of composition of each of 
the red, green and blue colors.
2) the resulting/desired color will be displayed in 
section 2 and when this is matched, 
activate the 
Get "rrggbb"# >>>
button.
