ICNSAVER can restore .ICN files that were deleted from the DOS
applications directory, but are still visible in Application
Manager.

It can also recreate HP200LX built-in icons. To use ICNSAVER,
copy ICNSAVER.EXE to your HP200LX palmtop, and run it. It will
show you a list of installed applications and the corresponding
icon. Select the icon that you want to restore, and press
RETURN. The icon will be saved as SAVED.ICN in the C:\_DAT
directory. Any existing file of this name will be overwritten.

Note that while ICNSAVER will also run on the HP100LX, it will
always display the built-in icons as the HP200LX versions. You
you can also save these icons, but there is no way to modify
their appearance in AppMgr, you can only use the saved files as
the basis for your own modifications.

ICNSAVER is free. It was written by Gilles Kohl
(100114.3146@compuserve.com) using the PAL library - the source
code is provided in this archive. Version 1.6 or higher of PAL
is required.
