           for adding a WinFax menu item to a Windows application
                             Windows 3.1 version
                     (using Windows 3.1 common dialogs)


This ZIP file contains "C" sample code and function prototypes which
illustrate how to add a "WinFax" menu item to a Windows application for easy,
one-step faxing.  This includes procedures to confirm that WinFax is
installed on the system, as well as procedures to determine what driver
and port to issue a Windows print command to.  A working sample application
(FAXPAD.EXE) is also included.
