                      NetWare(R) 386 v3.1 Disk Driver NLM


        To use the driver :

        1.  Use DOS FDISK program if want DOS partition on drive.

        2.  Run SERVER.EXE to make machine a NetWare386 file server.

        3.  Use LOAD BTXNW31 command at the ':' prompt
                (or LOAD A:BTXNW31 if running from floppy).

        4.  Select appropriate value in response to 'I/O port:',
                in most cases you would choose the default - 330h.

        5.  Repeat steps 3-4 for all adapters installed in machine.

        6.  You are now ready to use INSTALL to partition and
                assign volumes on the drives attached to system.


        NOTE : The driver will support maximum of 32 drives and
                   maximum of 4 host adapters.
               This driver has no limitation on the amount of
               memory installed in the server.
