 SPECIAL KEYS DISABLER
 =====================
 Special Keys Disabler v1.10 is a utility program that can
 enable and disable the special keys combinations in Windows 9x.
 It disables the special keys combinations like ctrl+alt+del and
 alt+tab. This program prevents the user to use those keys
 combinations permanently, thus preventing improper restarting or
 shutdown of the computer.

 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
 ===================
 Microsoft Windows 9X
 Visual Basic 5.0 Runtimes (for win95 only)

 TROUBLESHOOTING
 ===============
 Q?: Why do i get a .DLL error when running this program?
 A!: You need to install the Visual Basic 5.0 Runtimes.
     The Visual Basic 5.0 runtimes can be downloaded at
     http://members.tripod.com/jsanjuan/vb5rt.exe
 Q?: Why does the program doesn't run?
 A!: Maybe the program or your computer is infected with
     a virus. Try scanning this program and your system
     for possible virus infection.
 Q?: I disabled the special keys and when i restarted, it
     was been re-enabled. What should i do? Why is it like
     that?
 A!: Some programs and restarting in SAFE Mode can re-enable
     the special keys. To fix this, add a link to your
