Are you received the letters of a type:

? ? ?꿎 WinAnyCode - i i, i 닗!
 i i i ꘐ 꿒
 i 닗 𡘳꘣. 翡 ꘳
뎡 i ?꿎 ii i볊i .
 Internet ? ? - (
 iii i𥘄), i...
 , i i WinAnyCode.

Yes? Then program WinAnyCode is that it is necessary! I too collided
with such problems and I was lasy each time empirically to select the
necessary way of code conversion. So I decided to make program and to
force it to work for me. In Internet I anything approaching after
midday have not found (and more time would not like to spend), and
task is interesting...

Principle of activity.

As is known, one from the characteristics of any language is the
frequency of occurrence of each character in the text. Some characters
meet more often, some less often. Just on this principle determination
of the coding also is constructed. The program counts, that the
processed file is the Russian text. Further it counts up frequency of
each Russian character in the processed file and, knowing mean
frequency of occurrence of characters in the Russian text, code
conversion. The program supports the codings DOS (cp866), KOI8
(KOI8-R), WINDOWS (cp1251), ISO (ISO-8859-5).

The status of the program is Freeware.
The distribution status of the program is freely distributable.

How to use the program.

Let's consider mode of work with the program on a simple example, we
shall try to decode the Any.txt file (enters in delivery):

1. Start WinAnyCode.
2. Open the Any.txt file by selecting item Open of the File menu.
3. Press the button with the 'A' character the toolbar.
In an outcome there will be a new window with normal Russian text.
4. Now this text is possible to save in the separate file by selecting
item Save or Save as the File menu.

That's all, I wish good luck!
