Whats New for Version 1.1

- The grid has been added that helps organizer the information
on the screen and printer. It is on by default but can be
turned on/off from the Options menu in the View menu.

- A four line synopsis incase you forget what your movies are
about. The synopsis is also on by default but can be turned
off in the Options menu.

- An option for the program to ignore "the" when sorting by the
movie title. This can also be turned on/off from the options
 menu.

- A few printing options that will allow you to print one
movie per page, print a page break after each letter of
the alphabet, or print as many movies per page as will fit.
The option to print a page break after each letter of the
alphabet will make the program start each new letter on a
different sheet of paper. This is handy if you want to put
your list in a binder that is tabbed (all the A's together,
all the B's together, etc).

WhatsNew for Version 1.11

Just fixed one bug - the media type box showed the movie type
instead of the media type.

Version 1.2
- Added page numbers. They are optional (of coarse) and can be
turned on/off from the Options Menu. It does take up a couple
of lines at the bottom of the pages and sometimes that can make
a big difference in the number of pages that it will take to
print out your list. Personally, I use the smallest font that I
can read comfortably so that it takes up less paper and prints
more movies per page. I added the page number in the form of
"Page 1 of 50". When you are going to print your list, if you
use Print Preview (from the File Menu) and look at the bottom of
the page, it will show you how many pages it will take to print
your list.

- Added new 3D graphics but this is optional also. Controlled
from the Options Menu also. Although I think it looks better than
how it did before, it does take up more space when printing the
list.

- Added 4 custom fields. You can call the fields whatever you
want to, enter whatever info you want to into them, and sort by
them if you want to. Once again the custom fields are optional.
You turn them all on or off, or turn on or off individual fields.

- Changed the View Titles Only to One Line Sorts and added a one
line sort for each of the sort icons on the toolbar. This made
10 more sorts and all are 1 line sorts. I like these sorts alot
because it really condenses the information and takes up a lot
less paper to print out. Look at the Options Menu (under the
View Menu) and then the One Line Sorts dialog box for printing
options for these sorts.

- Added selective printing. Instead of just being able to print
a page or pages, now you can select the entries that you want to
print. You were able to do that with the lables already, but not
with the movie list.

- Added a new print option called "Print a Page Break after each
Name Change". There was already a print option that was called
"Print a Page Break after each Letter of the alphabet". These
two same a lot alike but work quite differently. For example,
lets say that you are printing your list sorted by movie type.
"Action" and "adventure" would be printed on the same page if
you used "Print a Page Break after each Letter of the Alphabet"
because they both start with the letter "A". Using the new method,
they would be printed on different pages because the "Name"
changed. This is a good option to use if you want different types
of movies printed on separate pages so that you can separate them
in a folder.

- Added four icons on the tool bar for the custom sorts so that you
won't have to go to the View Menu to use them. Also added 3 icons
to the tool bar that represent "Normal View", "Display in Lable
Format", and "One Line Sorts". Once again, I think having the icons
on the tool bar makes the program easier and faster to use.

- Added a Go To Icon on the tool bar to help you find what you want
faster.

- Added a header to pages that are printed while using the "Print
a Page Break after each letter of the Alphabet" and "Print a Page
Break after each Name Change". The header is optional and
controlled in the Normal View dialog box in the Options Menu.

Version 1.3
- Added a new command call "Filters". This command allows you select
what kind of movies are displayed. With the "Filters" command, you can
select Movie Title, Tape #, Time, Rating, Actor Name, Media Type, the
four Custom Fields, and the Movie Type. After you select the different
criteria, only the movies that match those criteria will be displayed.
It makes searching and printing selected items much easier and faster.
The command is located on the tool bar and in the View menu.

- Added customizable sorts. Any of the One Line Sorts can now be
customized. Just right-click on the heading and you will be given an
option of adding or removing headings. Up to 10 headings can be used
for each sort. The headings that you can select from are Movie Title,
Rating, Time, the 4 Custom fields, Media Type, Movie Type, and the number.

- Added adjustable columns. All of the columns in the One Line Sorts and
the Actor sort can be adjusted. The program also remembers where you put
the columns. So each time you run the program, the columns will be where
you left them. If you adjust the columns, the program will prompt you to
save your changes when you exit the program.

- Changed the Go To command so that it searches as you type in letters.
As an example, if you type in 's', the program will scroll down to the
first word that starts with an 's'. As you type in other letters, the
program will continue to scroll to what you have typed in.

- Added an Export command. The program can now export to a "doc" file
or to a "csv" (comma separated volume). You can, of course, open the
"doc" file with a word processor. You could then do any editing, printing,
copying that you would like. You could send your list to a friend or
relative. The "csv" file can be loaded by many database and spreadsheet
programs. One good example would be Microsoft Excel.

- Added. There is now a check box under the General Options that states
"Treat the Tape # as text". Before, the program allows treated it like a
number and only allowed you to enter numbers. This option just adds a lot
more flexibility. But before you change anything, look in the Help file
under Entering Tape Numbers (under Using Movie Organizer). It discusses
how sorting text is differs from sorting numbers.

- Fixed. There was a bug that would make the program crash if you entered
more than 50 letters for the Movie Title and then selected the "Display
in Label Format". That bug has now been corrected.

Version 1.4

- Changed the Media Type field and the Custom Fields on the "Enter/Modify"
dialog box so that they are now combo boxes. They will now remember all the
entries you have used and let you select them from the list. The Media Type
Field will also remember the last media type that you entered and will
already have it typed in the box.

- Added a new option to the General Options list. The new option is a check
box that gives you the option of having the program automatically load your
data file when you start the program. It will actually load the last data
file that you were using. If the data file you want opened was a big one,
it will take a little while to actually open and display the data.

- Added. When you exit the program, Movie Organizer records the window
position and size. The next time you start Movie Organizer, it will put
the window back to the same place that you had it and start it off at the
correct size. Just another little time saver.

- Fixed. Fixed a bug that would cause an error if you tried the following:
	1. Used the Documents Command from the Start Menu and then clicked
	   the data file.
	2. Used Windows Explorer and double clicked on the data file.
	3. Used Windows Explorer and tried to "Open" the data file.

In other words, the program could not be started by using the data
	file.

- Fixed. In the label view, if the last tape entered had multiple movies
(3 or 4), the program would list the third movie twice. It now correctly
lists the movies.

-Changed. Now you can actually change the font size when printing labels.
Before, you could the font and style but the size didn't change anything.
I did it that way on purpose because changing the font size affects
whether or not the labels will line up right. Now you have the ability
to change the font size but you will have to make sure that the new font
will fit correctly. You will have to check both the width and the height.
If the font is too tall, it will overlap the top of the next lable. If
you want to test the font, print a test sheet on regular paper and hold
it up behind a label sheet. Make sure that you also test the labels with
multiple movies because they take up more space than single movie labels.
