This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or an entity), the end user, and the Software Author (Jamie Czernik). Please read this license agreement.

1. Grant of License. Access Form Resizer 2.1.mdb and the modResizeForm module that the application installs are FREE products. There is no warranty and no technical support available.

2. Copyright. The Software is owned by the Software Author and is protected by international copyright laws. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.

3. Distribution. This License is your proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not rent, lease, sell or accept any form of payment for the Access Form Resizer 2.1.mdb or modResizeForm module except when the module is installed (unaltered) in any Microsoft Access Database (mdb or mde) distributed by you. You may distribute/transfer the Access Form Resizer 2.1.mdb for FREE as long as no alterations are made to the mdb or modResizeForm module (see note 5 regarding improvements).

4. No Liability for Consequential Damages. The Software Author is not liable for any alleged or actual damages arising from the use of the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Access Form Resizer 2.1.mdb. (see note 5 regarding improvements to the modResizeForm module).

5. Improvements. Please contact the Software author at jsczernik@hotmail.com regarding any improvements or alterations to the modResizeForm module that you wish to submit for distribution.
