GetNetTime 1.0 is a small utility for synchronizing the PC-clock with a time server on the net. It translates the server's time to local time (adjusted for summertime).

The zipfile should contain following files:

GetNetTime.exe	The executable
GetNetTime.ini	The ini-file with a default timeserver
Readme.txt	This file

Of course you need a working connection to the internet.

When you run the program it installs itself on the system tray. Leftclicking the icon gives you the choice of synchronizing with the defaulted time server or another server you wish to enter in the dialog box. Rightclicking the icon deinstalls the program from the system tray.

The program is written in Borland Delphi 3; I used the T_Time-component from the TCP/IP Component Pack by Andreas Hrstemeier (http://www.hoerstemeier.com) and TrayIcon by Colin Wilson (http://www.wilsonc.demon.co.uk/).

No guarantee whatsoever, but it works. Pay me a visit at http://user.tninet.se/~xyr222w/ or send me an e-mail for feedback.
