About iTrack
============

iTrack is a database and user interface for tracking, reporting, 
and analyzing user support incidents. With iTrack you can record
internal support calls, categorize and prioritize them, sort or
filter by any criteria, identify trends and tendencies, and 
more. It includes a web interface that can be used to submit 
entries on the Internet or an intranet.

Features new in v2 include; Incident escalation and aging, 
improved customization, and asset depreciation.

Requirements
============

This setup program requires that you have MS Access 2000 or
MS Access 97 installed. If you do not have MS Access, you can
download a version of iTrack that does not require it. Visit
the softopia.com web site at http://www.softopia.com for more
information.

Installation
============

Installation is accomplished by running the setup.exe program 
file.

The archive includes versions for both Access 2000 and Access
97. The setup program in the archive root determines which 
version of Access is installed on your computer and runs the 
appropriate setup program within the archive. You can force 
installation of any specific version of iTrack by running the
setup program in one of the sub-directories in the archive.

Product Status
==============

iTrack is demoware. You may distribute it freely so long as all
files remain intact and unchanged.

Each demo database is limited to no more than 50 records in each
table. If you choose to purchase the unlocked version of iTrack,
your demo data will be retained.
