                          The Client Manager

The Client Manager is a program to help Professionals in the health industry run and organise their pratice. This program will store in a
database all client details, their progress reports, attendance history,   and payment details. 
It will calculate your income between any two points in time (making tax 
time a breeze!). Invoices can be created, printed out, and stored in a
database at the click of a button. Client's overdue and unpaid bills will come to your attention by using our "Invoice status" button.

A scheduler is provided with quarter hour increments to plan your day or plan
the day of an employee. Online help makes for rapid familarisation and within half an hour this program can be mastered.

Databases can be damaged for many reasons, the most commom cause is a power cut while the database is in use. If you have damaged your databases and are getting database error messages go to the Data Recovery program (Start/programs/Client Manager) and replace your data with the data from the last backup.
It is a wise practise to back up to subdirectory after every session and back up to floppy once a week.





Requirements: Win95,Win98,WinNT,Win3.1,Win2000.

Installation:
1.close all open programs.
2.Insert disk into "A" drive, go to windows explorer and select "A" drive. Double click on clntdm13.exe and choose unzip.
3.The installation process will automatically install clntdm13.exe The icons
  will appear in program manager.
                     
                     ****** Getting Started *******
Please click on the grey help box at the top of each page and participate
in the small but "icebreaking" project. HELP pages (and indeed all pages)
can be printed out by selecting the File Menu in the top left corner and 
going to "Print Form".

The front page will lead to the other 6 pages of this program.
1. The Client Details page is for entering your client and selecting a 
procedure.
2.The Payment and Attendance page is for entering these details about the 
selected client.
3.The Totals page is for calculating total payments and Sales Tax (GST) between any two dates.
4.The Invoice page is for creating and storing invoices.
5.The Invoice List page is for alerting you to unpaid bills and examaning 
past invoices.
6.The Scheduler is for creating you daily schedules.  
7. This program wil print on standard A4 paper but is set up to print on A5 paper with the page set to "landscape" in the printer setup options.
